Fit test

I just did the fit test for Insanity and wanted to die. Being very out of shape is sad but i'm 100% committed to sticking with it.

Not going to lie I had to stop it a few times to rest. Ugh.

Too tired to type more. Work and this workout took it all out of me.

First post

I've decided that I want to do the Insanity workout. I plan on starting with Insanity and continuing with P90x to tone.

I'm sick of feeling disgusting and hating how I look. Working on an ambulance definitely makes it hard to keep a healthy weight. Grabbing bad food because its quick and easy. Eating at weird hours because that's the only time I get to eat.

Starting today this is all going to stop. I'm tired of saying to myself "I don't look THAT fat....". I want to be healthy, eat healthy, and look fit.

I'm probably not going to be the best blogger considering this is my first blog. I want something to look at for motivation and to be proud of how far I've come.

PRO'S:
Healthier lifestyle
Lose weight
Be able to lift better at work
Strengthening my body to help my injuries
Be happier

CON'S:
It will be REALLY difficult to stay on my diet
Keeping up with the workouts and not skipping because its too hard
Some of my shifts make it difficult to workout everyday
Being sore all the time
I REAAAAALLLY like drinking

T-2 days until I start Insanity. Diet starts today.


I doubt anyone will read this. It's mostly for me to motivate :)
